Mauritius Holborn is twinned with Mauritius
Underwater Group. We are planning our first expedition for
November 2006, for 2 weeks, and look forward to diving with fellow BSAC
divers on their home turf! We reckon there's no better way to
experience diving : not as tourists, but as friends.
Spain Amigos de
Mar are our Friends of the Sea in Javea (Xabia), Costa
Blanca.  We visit at the
start of the season - March/April - to ease people back into the water,
and give trainees a chance to do their assessment dives. We also visit
at the end of the season - late Oct/Nov - to finish off any outstanding
training and give people a chance to keep in practice for their Xmas
diving holidays.  The
dive centre is run by Rab Ronaldson and his partner Ali. Javea (Xabia)
is midway between Alicante (Easyjet flights) and Valencia (Ryan Air
flights). We hire vehicles at the airport, rent apartments and split the
costs.

Dahab The Red Sea town of Dahab, on the Sinai peninsula offers
fantastic, shore-based diving that suits everybody from the trainee
diver to experienced tekkies.
We are regular visitors to Dahab: a pleasant, laid back town with great
reefs, restaurants, cafes.  We will be
visiting Dahab in September 2006, diving with the fabulous Reef 2000 at Bedouin Moon
