We are a friendly, mixed branch, with an international outlook. We are run by members, for members, on a not-for-profit basis. We welcome all people with an interest in diving, and divers from all training agencies.

2010 Dive Season

We have another exciting year a head
Our new(ish) 6.5m RIB will be going to Weymouth for the first time. Portland and Weymouth offer an excellent range of diving, plenty of sheltered sites and great facilities with the opportunity to come in for lunch and air fills. Best of all we are in the superb new Dean and Readyhoff Marina: secure, easy to launch and very posh!
Besides Weymouth, we have some great trips elsewhere: Angelsey, Lyme Regis, West Wales and Swanage. Our week long trips take some of the UK's best diving in Skye and Scillies, as well as trips to France and (hopefully) the Red Sea.
We also have an excellent range of courses including all the diver grades, oxygen admin and boat handling.

Annual Wacky Olympics

Hello Holborn, I am happy to report we came a very respectable 2nd in
the Wacky Olympics last Tuesday. We were pipped at the post by Teddington (whom I suspect may have done a spot of high-altitude
training prior to the event!). Many thanks to our elite athletes:
Angela, Emeka, Jackie, Mia, Miranda, Mark and Manos.
Emeka is still the reigning underwater surfing champion and Manos broke new ground with a controversial but highly effective 'turtle' technique. The less said about the synchro the better - but we did get the silver!! Thanks also to our supporters for cheering us on - it was a great turnout.. Sarah Dickson

Annual membership of the club costs £120 for divers, £30 for non-divers

Holborn 0130 is a branch of the British Sub Aqua Club and part of the London Region of BSAC. Our nationally qualified instructors are accredited to provide scuba diving training and to award internationally recognised qualifications. Like all our members, instructors freely donate their time and skills for the benefit of the club.
